Open KASPP Board Positions!

The job duties listed below are per our current HSPA by-laws. The by-laws are reviewed every year and resubmitted to HSPA, so they may changed based on discussion and voting of members.
a. Shall preside over all meetings.
b. Shall have the authority to appoint any special committees.
c. Shall serve as an ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee.
d. Shall assume or appoint an active HSPA member to represent the chapter on HSPA's Board of Directors.
a. Shall assume all the duties of the President in the absence or incapacity of the President.
b. Shall perform all other duties as required.
a. Shall keep all minutes of all meetings.
b. Shall present all minutes to the chapter at the following monthly meeting.
c. Shall keep all letters and documents related to the Chapter.
d. Shall notify members of monthly meeting time and place.
e. Shall assume the President's duties in the absence of the President and President-Elect.
f. Shall maintain a list of active members and their membership eligibility.
a. Shall organize venues for events and conferences
b. Shall investigate and implement fundraising activities
c. Shall orchestrate social events related to KASPP events
